經營者,蔡巾壯先生(蔡師)命中註定「菜」「真」「讚」,從事餐飲業已數十年。
民國四、五十年代,台灣物質的缺乏、生活水準的清苦,從小學畢業後即跟隨父親從事囍事辦桌做外燴,生活相當辛苦,從十七歲時經朋友介紹進入廚藝界當學徒,隨著國民所得的增加、生活品質的提昇,有感中式餐飲博大精深以食為天,於民國84年(1995)與志同道合之好友集資在清水鎮創立福宴海鮮樓佔地300坪,並於民國87年(1998)開設大甲分店佔地800坪。
一路走來,秉持著提供新鮮美味、物超所值的海鮮料理為理念,謹記以前老師傅之教誨,廚師舞勺弄鏟光有花招,不為實際。傳統的經營型態亦需跟隨時代潮流調整,秉持餐飲永續經營決心,於民國96年(2007)10月喬遷新址擴大營業改以「福宴國際創意美食餐廳」相見,佔地廣達1500坪絕對是氣派首選,可容納至185桌的宴會場地堪稱海線之最,安全無柱並挑高九米的寬闊視野,上億精緻典雅裝璜設計,貼心的硬體設備,千萬雷射燈光音響水準,道道講求高尚精細的品質,專業的服務團隊陣容,不斷推陳出新的創意料理,平實價位的合理公道,更以國際化多元創意料理來經營餐飲王國,這是我們的驕傲,也是值得您信賴的選擇。

Full Yuan International Creative Delicious Food

The motto of Mr. Jin-Chuang TSAI

Chef TSAI, Jin-chuang, also the manager of "FULL YUAN", has been engaged in gourmet business for decades. Even his name, when pronounced in Taiwanese, means "yummy dishes", suggesting the tie between "cooking" and him.

Starting from the impoverished 1950s, Chef TSAI followed his father in wedding caterings after primary school. Through years of hard working, he was recommended by a friend as an apprentice in cooking world at 17 years old.

With the economic booming, GDP increasing, and better life quality in Taiwan, eating out at restaurants has become one of the most important events in everyone's life. In 1995, to widely introduce the great Chinese cuisine and food culture, Chef TSAI and his good friends with the same ambition co-founded the 10800-square-foot Full Yuan Sea Food Restaurant at Ching-suei township. The 28800-square-foot branch restaurant, Full Yuan (Da-ja) Sea Food Restaurant, was opened at Da-ja township in 1998.

For decades, supplying the freshest and delicious seafood at the best price has always been the motto of Chef TSAI.

On one hand, he keeps his mentor's words in mind, always focusing on the authentic food instead of cooking tricks; on the other hand, knowing that it’s necessary to adjust business style according to modern business trend, with the determination to pursue perpetual operation and the intention to expand his business greatly, in 2007, Full Yuan Sea Food Restaurant, was renamed as Full Yuan International Creative Delicious Food (福宴), and moved to the present spacious 54000-square-foot location.

Being the greatest and the most magnificent restaurant in middle-western

Taiwan seashore, "FULL YUAN" is proud of her spacious dinning environment, 9-meter high columnless structure, 185-table banquet hall, elegant decoration costing hundreds of millions NT dollars, considerate designs in details, and tens of millions lighting and sound equipments. In addition, "FULL YUAN" earns the trust of customers by her creative recipes, Internationalized assorted creative delicacies, reasonable prices, and professional service team as well.  

In April, 2008, "FULL YUAN" was selected as one of the "Store of Art in Taichung County". TaiChung County Mayor HWANG, Chung-sheng hosted the unveiling ceremony.
In Dec. 2008, the gourmet magazine, Evaluation on Taichung Restaurants, honored Full Yuan International Creative Delicious Food (福宴) as the Best Three-Star Premium Restaurant in 2008, the only Three-Star Premium Restaurant in Taiwan costal area.

経営者 蔡 巾壯先生(蔡師) 運命の定めの中『菜』『真』『讃』、飲食業に従事してもはや数十年。
民国四、五十年代台湾の物不足、生活水準の苦しい時、小学校卒業後父について祝宴の宴会の仕出し屋の仕事に従事し、生活もかなり大変でした。十七歳の時友人の紹介で厨房界で学徒として入り、国民の所得の増加と共に生活の品質の向上、中華料理もより良いものを求めるようになっていきました。民国84年(1995年) 友人と資金を出し合って、清水鎮に300坪を占める福宴海鮮樓を創立し、民国87年(1998) 大甲に800坪の支店を開設。
こうして、新鮮かつ美味しいものを提供し、その物の価値を超えるまでの海鮮料理を理念とし、料理人のありかたと以前先生の教えを銘記し、今日まできました。傳統の経営形態も時代の流れに従わねばと永続経営を決心し、民国96年(2007)10月に新たな所へと営業拡大のため移転し、名前も『福宴国際創意美食レストラン』とし、広さも1500坪に広げ、185卓の宴会会場として海線一、安全で柱なしの九メートルの広い視野、高級かつ優雅なインテリア設計、思いやりのある設備、千万レザーライトとステレオの水準、一つ一つ上品かつ繊細な品質の追求、専業サービスに徹した職員たち、絶えず新しい創意料理を出し、価格も合理的、よりいっそうの國際化多元化創意料理をもって飲食王国を経営していこうと思うしだいであります。これが私どもの誇りであり、皆様の信頼に値いする選択とも思います。

*2008年4月正式に『台中県芸術之店』と黄仲生県長によって店名を掲げる。
*2008年12月飲食雑誌『台中レストラン評鑑』にて三つ星級の優秀なレストラン(海線唯一) の栄光を獲得す。
